How often do you cry? I mean the good cry, where you give all of yourself to this humbling process of surrender. As women we are connected to everything, as women we feel not only us but the entire world beating in our sacred hearts. We are the alchemists of the universe, we give birth to life, and by shedding tears we birth new life into existence.
It’s time to embrace our softness and our power. Tears say what words cannot, they are prayers, they are the nectar of our compassionate hearts.
Let’s surrender more to our tears and give ourselves permission to cry.
