Finding the Courage to Ask for Help
Beautiful ladies, we tend to do things all by ourselves, and for most of us it’s really hard to ask for help. But this shouldn’t be the case. It’s absolutely okay to ask for help and to let yourself be helped. We have to overcome our pride and our fear of being rejected and simply reach out. Truth is most people wanna help. You would wanna help your friend in need, right? Then why is it so hard to ask for help ourselves?
This SLS episode is a gentle reminder for you to allow yourself to not have it altogether all the time and to actually need someone who can lend you a hand or is just there when you need to talk something off your chest. It’s okay. We were never meant to do it by ourselves in first place.
