Just do it!
Let’s face it, we all have that one idea. The creative project that’s been whispering to us in the quiet moments, nudging us every now and then, waiting patiently for its turn in the spotlight. Maybe it’s a novel, a piece of art, a business idea, or even a personal goal. Whatever it is, today is the day we stop shelving our dreams.
Listen in and get inspired. I’m happy to give you that little (gentle) kick in your beautiful buttocks. 🙂

Have you ever felt the gentle tug of a project or dream, lingering in the back of your mind? That creative spark that whispers to you in quiet moments, waiting patiently for its time to shine? Today, let’s talk about embracing that spark and bringing it to life, because I know that you’ve been carrying something with you, sweetie, please do yourself the favor and all of us and simply start.
That idea you’ve been nurturing isn’t just a fleeting thought—it’s a calling.
It’s a reflection of your passions, your unique perspective, and your essence. Imagine the impact it could have, not just on your life, but on others. Your project has the potential to inspire, entertain, heal, or solve problems. The world needs your voice, your creativity, and your contribution.
I know it’s not always easy, but I’m here to gently kick you in your buttocks to get you finally started.
We all have reasons for not starting: “I don’t have time.” “I’m not ready.” “What if I fail?” These are the shadows that cloud our path. Remember, every great explorer faces uncertainty. Every adventurer steps into the unknown. And every Amazon warrior confronts challenges head-on. The key is to start. Take that first step, no matter how small. BABY steps.
Approach your project with a sense of wonder and curiosity, just like a child would. Remember that child within you?
Yea, exactly SHE is just waiting to take you by the hand and lead you the her favorite playground.
Each step you take is a new piece of the puzzle, a new part of your journey.
As the explorer and adventurer that you are, you are ready to face the unknown. Come on, it’s time, my dear. That thing that you’ve been shelving for far too long, that great idea, that book, that business, that song…
The journey will have its highs and lows, moments of exhilaration, and moments of frustration – who says it’s easy, right? But who says, it has to be perfect? Who says it won’t be fun.
Each challenge is a lesson, a story to tell, and an opportunity to grow stronger and more resilient; and all of that you’ll weave into the fabric of your creation. It is the very process that will transform you.
I’m so passionate about this topic, because I myself know too well how it feels when we keep on postponing and holding off. What for? Who says there will be tomorrow to start?! I mean it, we cannot know.
Draw on your inner strength. You are powerful, capable, and resourceful. Use your courage to push through difficult moments. Surround yourself with allies—friends, mentors, and communities that support and encourage you.
And what always helps:
Imagine yourself at the end of this journey, having brought your idea to life. Picture the pride, the sense of accomplishment, and the impact you’ve made. This is your story, and you have the power to shape it.
So, what are you waiting for, beautiful?
Allow yourself to get messy during the process, the first step is always the hardest, but now that you’re about to take that leap of faith and step into the unknown of your next creation, everything else that comes after that will be a “Kinderspiel” (cakewalk)
I’ve recorded an accompanying podcast for you. Listen in here.
Alright, beauty, now it’s time to get real. If not now, when?
Love,
Nadine
