Welcome to She Heals Her. These terms apply to the use of this website, www.shehealsher.com, operated by Nadine Kühn (see Imprint). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Cookies and privacy
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Which ones, and how your data is handled, is explained in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies are only set after your consent.
2. Copyright and use of content
Unless stated otherwise, all texts, images, audio, video and other material on this website belong to Nadine Kühn or her licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read, listen to and share links to the content for your personal use. Without prior written permission you may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce or redistribute content from this website.
3. Links to this website
You are welcome to link to this website, as long as the link is not misleading, does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement by us, and fits the context of your own site. Please do not use our logo or artwork without permission, and do not embed our pages in frames in a way that changes how they look. If you find a link on our website that you consider inappropriate, please let us know.
4. External links
This website contains links to external websites (for example Apple Podcasts, Spotify or Calendly). We have no influence on their content and are not responsible for it. At the time of linking we saw no unlawful content. If we become aware of a violation, we will remove the link.
5. Information, not advice
The content of this website, including the podcast, blog and social media, is for general information and inspiration. It does not replace medical, psychological or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the website is always available.
6. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law makes liability mandatory (for example under the Product Liability Act). For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you can regularly rely), and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Paid services
Paid coaching services are governed by the separate Coaching Terms, which include payment terms and your right of withdrawal. These terms only cover the use of the website.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
9. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Where legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
10. Severability
If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
