Welcome to my bonus edition “Journeying Through a Month of Grace”.
As we’re Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of stress and pressure. It seems like we have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down. I myself need this reminder so I thought I take you on this journey with me.
Day 1 is about giving ourselves Grace.

“It’s grace that moves me forward with peace and a heart wide open.
No matter what hardship or grievances,
no matter what challenges and obstacles,
no matter what pain or inner turmoil I am in
I choose to move with grace and I allow grace to penetrate all those dark places within me …
…to allow healing, mending, and greater understanding that which the mind and ego cannot comprehend.
Acceptance – forgiveness – Realignment
I ask myself
“What would grace do?”
“What would grace say?”
and then I listen with my heart.
Grace gives us the power to overcome any challenge and hurdles in our lives.
Take a deep breath in and walk with grace today.
Make grace your ally for the rest of your life.”
