Self Love Sundays is back. And today we are talking about making ourselves the first person we should date. This is a juicy one, so I highly recommend diving into it. I know you know already. It’s nothing new, right, but the thing is we need to remind ourselves, and sometimes that comes in the form of a podcast episode like this one.
You owe it to yourself
All my ladies with codependent traits, I get you, it’s not easy, but this is a skill we have to get good at. We owe it to ourselves. You owe it to yourself.
I cannot emphazise enough how crucial it is to make ourselves first priority. Especially when we are in a relationship, the concept of “date yourself first” should be our daily practice to maintain healthy relationships with ourselves and our loved ones.
