A normal day in my life. September 12th was a Thursday, and Thursdays are usually busy days.

Early morning. Let’s do some breath work. I usually do 20-40 minutes of breath work by Dr. Joe Dispenza in the morning.

My darling cat, Kaspar. He’s recovering from his little surgery on Monday, and I’m so relieved he’s doing well and feeling better again. Morning cuddles are a must. There’s nothing quite like cat love.

Smoothie time! I whipped up a banana, blueberry, and cacao smoothie before heading to the gym.

Before heading to the gym, I got some work done—organizing and scheduling blog posts and emails. I also started writing a new piece, and it’s coming along great

The Early Bird: Feeling content today. Things are moving forward, and my projects and visions are starting to come to life. It feels pretty great.

At the gym: I’m usually not one to take photos at the gym, so you can see a bit of my hesitation here, LOL. But working out is a must—it gives me so much strength. I’m so happy my injuries have healed, and I’m finally back to my full workout routine. I really missed it! And today I sweated a lot, a lot!

I collected some dried flowers from my balcony, and there’s something so peaceful about sitting down and using my hands to extract the seeds from the petals. I’m planning to get creative with the petals and use the seeds to plant marigolds next year. Since I have thousands of seeds, I’ll be gifting them to friends and family. Nature is so abundant—it never ceases to amaze me.

Okay, okay, I know—this doesn’t look fancy at all, but this is the reality of how my quinoa pancake turned out. It’s simple, but absolutely delicious. Just soak quinoa in water for 4-6 hours, rinse it, add a pinch of salt, and a little baking powder if you like, then blend it up. That’s it—you’ve got your batter! It’s so good for the tummy. Mine came out a bit ugly because I have a crappy pan, but trust me, it’s worth it!

Yes, I look pretty annoyed in this picture. Dealing with German bureaucracy can be challenging and quite frustrating. It takes some effort not to get caught up in that energy. Afterward, I did some energy clearing to reset and move on.

At the School of Voice, waiting for my voice clients. Every Thursday, I offer voice coaching here and wrap up the day with the Women’s Singing Circle. Thursdays are long, and the commute is pretty lengthy, but I can’t complain—it’s nice to get out of the house, which, when you work from home, doesn’t happen too often!

Are you in Berlin and want to join a wonderful Women’s Singing Circle? You can sign up here! It’s such a nourishing space where women of all ages come together and connect through the power of their voices. We chant, sing circle songs, and go on sound journeys. Everyone gets a chance to sing what I call ‘power songs’—if they feel called to. It all takes place in a safe and supportive environment. It’s a journey within, alongside fellow women, as we connect and strengthen our voices together, relax the nervous system and create a beautiful and supportive community.

After I got home from work, I had a late dinner (I know, not ideal timing, but I needed to get in some extra calories and nutrients). I kept it simple and healthy: potatoes, steamed broccoli with a turmeric tahini sauce, and a lot of chili for that extra heat. It was so good!

And the day was done: Relaxing on the couch in my silk kimono, letting go of all the stress that had built up. Ready for a good night’s sleep and a short night meditation.
